Excel Resources : Excel Password Remover

My friend asked me to hack a password protected excel sheet. He has this file which he protected a couple months ago so that other people would not be able to change his formulas. However, he forgot the password he used.

I helped him out and found this tool that can remove passwords of any length and passwords containing special characters.

This Excel Password Remover tool is an Excel Add in that works fine in Excel 5.0 and above (including Excel 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007 - I haven't tried in Excel 2010).

This file would give you two extra menu item in the Tools Menu (Excel 2003). These are unprotect workbook and unprotect sheet.
